Since each business is unique, we require an hour file analysis with a certified industry specific engineer. We will review your file with your accounting personnel and go over the conversion and how it is viewed in QuickBooks Online. This allows the client to fully understand the process and feel comfortable before moving forward. Our File analysis is an hour and may be billable to our client. However, we do credit the analysis cost towards the conversion.
Our NetSuite conversion time line ranges from 15-45 days of completion. But again, the process is zero downtime so you are able to continue to work throughout the process.

Transfer Master Records: Customers, Vendors, Inventory item list, Assembly List, Quantity on Hand, Average Cost, Sales Price, Cost, Description, Unit of Measure/Preferred Vendor (if applicable) Data & Transition to Asset Account, Income Account, & Cost of Goods account.
Transfer open transactions including Chart of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, Open Accounts Receivable, Open Accounts Payable, Open Sales Orders, Open Purchase Orders, Open Invoices, Open Estimates, and invoices.
